This necklace hand-knotted with 3 strands of 9mm x 12mm cultured freshwater white pearls as well as all natural semi-precious stones (Ametrine, Aquamarine, and Citrine) twisted together and finished with a 18mm 18k white gold plated magnetic clasp. This necklace is adjustable between 18" to 21" by twisting or untwisting.
